JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a people person with a knack for selling?

Do you love creating memorable dining experiences?

We’re looking for an Guru Host Upsell Specialist to enhance our guests’ experience by recommending premium food and drink options.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with guests at their tables, providing personalized recommendations.
  • Upsell appetizers, signature dishes, cocktails, and specialty drinks.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while boosting sales.
  • Work closely with servers and bartenders to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Stay knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and pairings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Passion for food, beverages, and exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
